Earl Pearce

Earl J. Pearce II started his career in 1986 as a laborer at Kershaw Excavating, Inc. From 1986 to 1991 he was an equipment operator, a construction surveyor/layout, a foreman, an estimator, then a project manager. In 1991 he switched firms to take the position of General Manager. For the following nine years, until 2000, he became Vice President and, shortly afterwards, President of the company.

In 2000 Earl Pearce started his own business and four years later in 2004 his partnership with Joe Moretto began.

Earl is a graduate of Middletown Delaware High School. He obtained his degree in Civil Engineering from Delaware Technical & Community College. Earl is married and has one son. He is a big enthusiast of power boating.
